Who we are
Burbage GWC Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are a company registered in England & Wales, company number 16587301. Registered office: as shown on the Companies House register.

What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, company (optional), email address, phone number, project location, approximate value and project type (optional), your project description and any drawings or files you upload. If you email or phone us, we keep the details you give us.
How we use it and why
- To respond to your enquiry, visit site if needed and prepare a quotation. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- If we go on to work together, to manage the contract. Lawful basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them except as described below.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and processes form submissions and uploaded files on our behalf. Transfers to Netlify are covered by its data processing agreement, which relies on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum as a fallback.
- Enquiry notifications are delivered to our Microsoft Outlook email account.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (for example, which pages are viewed and whether an enquiry is sent), Google Ads to measure whether our adverts lead to enquiries, and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts. These services are provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, and by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, and set cookies on your device.
These cookies are only set if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Reject”, or make no choice, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta cookies are not set and the Meta Pixel is not loaded. We store your choice in your browser so we do not ask again on every page.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Lawful basis: your consent.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted after 12 months.
- Customer and project records: kept for 6 years after the job is completed, for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability where it applies. To use any of these rights, email burbagegwc@outlook.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.
