What we do
Groundworks set the line, level and quality for everything that follows. We set out and prepare the site, excavate and build the substructure, so the frame, slab and drainage go in on a sound base.

We can take the groundworks package on its own, work as a subcontractor to a main contractor, or deliver it as part of a full turnkey building.

Groundworks in practice
On a steel-framed industrial building in Peterborough we stripped the site, carried out the earthworks, laid a geogrid-reinforced sub-base and built the foundations. We then went on to deliver the frame, cladding, drainage and a 150mm mesh-reinforced, power-floated slab.
