Three ways to work with us
Turnkey delivery
We manage the whole project as principal contractor: groundworks and foundations, steel frame erection, cladding, the floor slab, drainage and building control liaison through to completion. You have one contract and one point of contact.
Supply and erect
We supply, erect and clad the steel frame on foundations built by us or by others. Cladding options include box profile sheets, insulated composite panels, fibre cement sheets and Yorkshire boarding.
Supply only
We can also supply the steel-framed building and cladding for you to erect. We can provide the design and structural calculations or work to your own design, and each building is sized to your requirements. See steel building and cladding supply.

Peterborough: bare site to finished building
We delivered this steel-framed industrial building turnkey for a private client. Our work covered project management, the site strip and earthworks, a geogrid-reinforced sub-base, groundworks and foundations, steel frame erection and cladding, a 150mm steel-mesh reinforced power-floated slab, perimeter concrete, surface water drainage and attenuation, and building control liaison through to completion.
