Steel-framed buildings in Somerset & Dorset
Commercial, industrial and agricultural steel buildings, from the foundations up.
- £5m public liability insurance
- Companies House no. 16587301
One contractor, start to finish
Somerset and Dorset are part of our South West working area. For a steel-framed building we can act as principal contractor and manage everything: groundworks and foundations, frame erection, cladding, the floor slab, drainage and building control liaison through to completion. You deal with one contract and one point of contact.
If you have your own groundworker, we supply, erect and clad the frame on their foundations. If you have your own erectors, we supply the building and cladding, delivered nationwide.

Case study
What turnkey looked like at Peterborough
This steel-framed industrial building for a private client is outside the South West, but it shows the full scope we bring to a job:

- Site strip, earthworks and geogrid-reinforced sub-base
- Groundworks and foundations
- Steel frame erection and cladding
- 150mm steel-mesh reinforced, power-floated slab
- Perimeter concrete
- Surface water drainage and attenuation
- Building control liaison through to completion
