A groundworks package you can hand over
We are based near Yelverton, and Plymouth sits within our regular South West working area. We work for developers, main contractors, landowners and businesses.
You can use us in three ways:
As your groundworks subcontractor
We take the groundworks package under a main contractor and work to your programme. If anything on site threatens that programme, we tell you early.
As a standalone package
We price the groundworks on their own, with the scope, assumptions and exclusions set out in writing.
As part of a full build
We run the whole job as principal contractor, from bare site to a finished steel-framed building signed off by building control.

Before any demolition, the building needs an asbestos survey. We can arrange it as part of the job.
What a full package looks like
On a steel-framed industrial building in Peterborough we did all of it: site strip and earthworks, a geogrid-reinforced sub-base, foundations, surface water drainage and attenuation, the frame and cladding, and a 150mm mesh-reinforced, power-floated slab. That project was outside the South West, but it shows the range of work we can take on for a Plymouth site.
